STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in your high powered blender -  milk, oats, almond butter, cocoa powder, banana, sea salt, cinnamon, protein powder, and ice (if using).


STEP 2

Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.


STEP 3

Taste and adjust—add more milk if it’s too thick, or a date or bit of maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.


STEP 4

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
