- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

- 1 large ripe banana, optional to have it frozen

- Small handful of ice (optional, for a colder/thicker texture)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in your high powered blender - milk, oats, almond butter, cocoa powder, banana, sea salt, cinnamon, protein powder, and ice (if using).
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust—add more milk if it’s too thick, or a date or bit of maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
