Frequently Asked Questions

Why does adding ancient grain matter?
Ancient grains like spelt and khorasan are ancient versions of wheat before it became genetically modified for mass production. These grains have more protein, fiber, amino acids, and essential minerals, allowing us to pack 9g of protein and 7g of fiber in a 2oz cup without any additives.
How do you source your ingredients?
Our team diligently reviews our suppliers to ensure we buy from organic farmers who share our values and routinely turn down suppliers. We are located in the heart of the Midwest, allowing us to source the finest oats and grain locally. Meet our Farmers here.
How long until I get my product?
All products ship within 2 business days and shipping times average 3 days.
What are the differences between the stove-top blends and on-the-go cups?
Stove-top blends contain rolled oats and are unsweetened. These require on-the-stove cooking with your favorite milk or water.
On-the-go cups contain instant oats and are lightly sweetened (less than half the sugar of competing cups!). Quickly made by adding hot water.
Can I make overnight oats?
Yes! Our blends make phenomenal overnight oats, granola, oat bars, and other recipes. See our recipe list for ideas.
How can Farm to Table oatmeal help avoid the "crash" common with normal oatmeal?
Our blends use organic ancient grain and super seeds, which are more complex carbohydrates. They digest slower and can help avoid the "crash" common after traditional oatmeal.
