Simplest Overnight Oats

This overnight oats recipe is for anyone! Whether you’re a busy professional, health enthusiast, meal prepper, college student, busy mom - this recipe is one of the easiest, no-cook options that will leave you full and satisfied until lunch. And its extremely customizable so get creative with your toppings!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of Organic Apple Rain Superfood
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice (I like using whole milk)
  • Toppings - can include mixed berries, coconut flakes, nut butters, honey/syrup choices are endless!

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and give it a stir until combined.
  • Let it soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but it's best to soak overnight.
  • Top your overnight oats with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

  • Oat Cups - for a no measure prep option, use any of our cups to prepare your oats, just add liquid!
  • Batch cooking - Whether making an individual portion or a large batch overnight oats follow a 1:1 ratio of oats to liquid so why not make a bulk batch!
  • Frozen toppings - Frozen berries work great as a topping, I would recommend adding them to your mixture to thaw overnight. The juices from the thawed berries will give your oats a beautiful color.
  • Eat warm - overnight oats don't have to be eaten cold! Just warm up on the stove for a few minutes. I especially love a warm breakfast in winter.
